After you make add this item to your order, we will need the following:
1. A list of your guests grouped by table. This list must be emailed to us, no later than 2 weeks before your event date.
2. We will need a copy of your celebration's invitation to match your theme or style.
*Please Note: We will not change or correct the spelling of any name, and will be copied and pasted as you sent it. You will have a chance to confirm they are all spelled right when you see your proof.
You have up to 3 proof corrections.
3. Once we complete your seating chart design, we will send you a proof for you to confirm names.
