If you or your caterer want to use our kitchen to cook, there's an extra fee. The kitchen use included in the banquet hall rental is only for prep. This access includes: 
 
(8 hours) either the morning of the event or the night before. This is in addition to the 3-hour prep time before the event. Access times must be coordinated at least 2 weeks before the event date.
 
This does not include maintenance, and the persons using the kitchen must leave the kitchen in the same clean condition as they found it. This includes, floors, sinks, grills, stove, prep areas, and any area used.
 
In addition the the full kitcen access fee, we require a $300 security deposit
