Please make sure to arrive on time, as there are appointments before and after your scheduled time. Any appointments running late 10 minutes or more, will be pushed to the last available time for the day, if available.
 
Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with important rental and tour information. Please check out the appointment email attachments to come prepared with questions. You must confirm your appointment 2 hours prior to the appointment time, on the day of your appointment without exception.
