Service Description
Thank you for picking our hall to celebrate your special date. My name is Joey, I am the facility coordinator and I will be assisting you in making sure all your event details are crystal clear for our team to follow your lead where necessary. These are just some items we strongly suggest having on hand at the time of our meeting. ************ Your Catering Provider's Information ************ If you hired a catering company, we collect the following items: 1. Health Permit 2. Liability Insurance Certificate If you have family/friend or a provider who does not have the above mentioned documents - PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AS ALL CATERING PROVIDERS MUST PROVIDE THESE. We have "The Kitchen Access" service as an alternative. If you'd like more information on this service, please call/text Luisa at (213) 341-4653 to see if this is the right option for you. ************ Your Vendor's information ************ We must register all vendors involved so that we grant access (3) hours before your event time. Please specify the time of arrival for each vendor, you can find that form here: ************ Your Itinerary ************ If you, your Dj/Master of Ceremony, or "Day Of" planner have planned an event time line, please share that with us. Cancellation Policy
COMMUNICATION WITH PERSONNEL & MANAGEMENT Atlantis Banquet Hall will only communicate any issues before or during the event with the lessee. Furthermore, any changes, requests or complaints are dealt with strictly between the venue and lessee. Event planners, coordinators, decorators or any other vendor assisting with the event must be registered. VENDOR REFERRAL & MANAGEMENT All referred vendor contracts are independent of Atlantis Banquet Hall and we assume no responsibility in any way for any negligence, non-performance, or other misconduct on their behalf. MUTUAL RESPECT POLICY We reserve the right to consider termination of the lessee's reservation if the lessee shows disrespect to our staff or our vendors. A violation of our mutual policy by the lessee will be considered a breach of contract, and Atlantis Banquet Hall reserves the right to cancel immediately, any refunds will be under Atlantis Banquet Hall's criteria. Preferred Vendors and Outside Vendors THIRD PARTY VENDORS Atlantis Banquet Hall has a list of preferred vendors because we have already collected the necessary permits, licenses, insurance, and whom we have worked with before and were pleased in terms of quality. If outside vendors are hired, Atlantis Banquet Hall will need to confirm permits, licenses, and insurance applicable to their respective services to ensure we always meet city regulations.
