During this meeting, we review the client’s vision, event scope, and service expectations so everyone involved understands how we will work together seamlessly. Objective — Purpose & Flow This appointment is an internal meeting between you and Atlantis Banquet Hall prior to any client-facing engagement. The purpose is to align on your services, presentation style, and overall approach so we are fully prepared and consistent when engaging with clients. During this meeting, we will review how you serve your clients, your process, service offerings, pricing structure, and the materials you typically use to support conversations (catalogs, examples of work, invoices, or portfolios). This is not a sales meeting, but a collaboration and alignment discussion. Our goal is to ensure we are on the same page regarding expectations, communication flow, and how your services will be represented within our high-end vendor terminal experience. This preparation allows for a seamless, professional, and cohesive presentation when clients speak directly with you. This internal alignment helps create clarity, trust, and a smooth experience for everyone involved—especially the client.
