Service Description
Schedule your outside vendor walkthrough appointment, where you and your chosen vendors can explore our venue and plan your wedding in detail. This session allows you to: *Take accurate measurements of the space *Visualize and design your setup *Notate all necessary requirements for your big day *Review necessary details with our team to work seamlessly on your big day. Ensure everything is perfect by bringing your vendors to see the venue firsthand and collaborate on your wedding vision. Book your walkthrough today! ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY: There will be a $100.00 charge for any objects left behind after your event date, and can be collected within 24 hours or until our following business day. If any vendors leave trash behind at any time, there will be a fee anywhere from $25-$150 depending on maintenance or cost required to clean up after them.
Cancellation Policy
By scheduling a Reservation Appointment and signing the Reservation Agreement, you will be confirming and agreeing to the following: Final Sale Upon Signing – Once your reservation agreement is signed, your date will be secured and taken off the market. This is standard in the event industry, and the FTC “Cooling-Off Period” does not apply to in-person bookings at our venue. Non-Refundable Payments – All payments made, including monthly reservation fees, are non-refundable. These payments act as a commitment for keeping your date exclusively reserved. Cancellations – If you cancel within 30 days of your event, any remaining balance will be due in full within 14 days after your scheduled event date. Late payments (more than 10 days past due) may result in cancellation of your reservation at our discretion. Unpaid balances may be sent to collections and reported to credit bureaus. Date Changes – Date change requests will be treated as a new booking and are subject to availability. All prior payments will remain non-refundable. Unforeseen Circumstances – Events outside of our control (such as government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or acts of God) may require rescheduling. Refunds will not be issued, but we will make every effort to accommodate a new date. COVID-19 Clause – In the event of COVID-related shutdowns, postponements will be offered based on availability. Payments will remain non-refundable. Confidentiality & Professionalism – Upon any cancellation, both parties will keep the agreement terms confidential and refrain from any negative or disparaging remarks.
