PAYMENT OPTIONS

INITIALRESERVATION FEE: $1500
(Due 1st Month at signing)
The "Initial Reservation Fee" is only $1500 to start reserving your date, leaving you with a balance of $3400
Then pay monthly....

REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500-$1500
(Due 45 days before your event date)
The "Security Deposit" is not part of your banquet hall rental total and will be refunded one (1) week after the event date (After damage fees are accessed, if applicable).
 
These services must be purchased with all banquet hall rentals. Third-party services are not allowed
*The "Day Of" Services fee is NOT collected until 30 days before your event date*

General Maintenance

We provide general maintenance before during and after your party.  Find a clean space as your vendors arrive for   set up, we keep bathrooms, hallways and floors clean   throughout your event time. After the party, we take care   of all facility maintenance.   

Bring in your own hard liquor, beer and soft beverages and our bartender will be   mixing delicious drinks for you and your guests the entire event time. 

Security

Management for the parking lot and entrance. RSVP service available upon request at no extra cost
